FilmOneFest is excited to welcome Working Class Hussys to our stage this Saturday! WCH is an original, six-piece Americana infused alternative rock band based in New Jersey. Songwriter and lead vocalist Ian Patrick Gentles tells FOF that the band’s initial vision was to bring his original, melody-driven songs together with a full rock band ensemble. Two dueling lead guitars combine with a strong rhythm section and backing vocals to  give WCH their unique and powerful “wall of sound.”

A prolific songwriter, Gentles combines lyrics exploring the common thoughts and experiences of the everyman (some from his job driving a truck) with hooky melodies, not unlike those found in catchy Broadway tunes. The band produces music with an infectious energy, perfect for summer nights on the shore. Working Class Hussys finds their influences in alternative rock, classic 70’s, and southern rock, amongst other genres. To hear their album Diesel Tunes, watch their weekly music vlog or find upcoming gig dates, visit http://workingclasshussys.com. You can find them on Twitter and Facebook and on our stage this Saturday, July 18th.
